“So I’m scrolling YouTube one night, casually “just researching” the Menifee/Temecula market (aka falling down a real estate rabbit hole), and I come across this guy — Shane Bernal. At first, it’s informational. Helpful. Straightforward. No fluff, no weird sales energy. Just solid insight.
